Registration

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE: 1. Send in the application form found on the website: http://www.creativelearningschool.org/  Especially note who referred you.  2. You will be contacted, based on gender and age balances for the school years of ’10,’11, to schedule an appointment for the all morning visit by both parents.  3. Mail in, right away, ahead of time, the visiting appointment deposit of $80* (1 week advance notification, at least, to reschedule) which will be applied to the class reservation fee.  4. After the visit, mail in the $220* class reservation fee, clearly indicating: who referred you; which three days per week you prefer; and your child’s birth date (boys 3 before June to begin, girls 3 before September).  5. You will be contacted prior to starting, to send in the second (pre-k) year reservation fee ($1,800*) which is fully applicable to the second (pre-k) year’s tuition.  The waiting list fee for a filled class is $100*.  You can pick up an enrollment packet approximately four weeks prior to starting so that shot records and doctor's information will be up to date.
